These booking terms and conditions describe how a booking is made and how payment is processed. They apply in conjunction with our general terms and conditions and reservation terms and conditions.

1. Booking Process

The person making the reservation must be of legal age and will act as the primary renter. He or she is responsible for all traveling companions and for compliance with the terms and conditions. A reservation is confirmed as soon as we confirm your request in writing and the deposit has been received in our account.

2. Confirmation

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking that includes the dates of your stay, the price, and the practical arrangements for your arrival. Please review this confirmation carefully and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

3. Payment: Deposit and Balance

All amounts are expressed in euros.

– A deposit of [30]% is due within [7] days of the booking confirmation.

– You must pay the balance no later than [6 weeks] before your arrival date.

– If you book less than [6 weeks] before arrival, you must pay the full amount in one lump sum.

4. Payment Method

Payment is made via [bank transfer to the account number listed on your confirmation / online payment link]. Your payment will not be considered received until the amount has been credited to our account.

5. Late or Incomplete Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we will send you a reminder. If that reminder also goes unanswered, we may consider the booking canceled. In that case, the cancellation policy set forth in the reservation terms and conditions will apply.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

The rental of a vacation home for a specific date or period is an accommodation service that, pursuant to Article VI.53 of the Economic Law Code, is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Your booking is therefore binding as soon as it is made. You cannot invoke a fourteen-day cooling-off period after booking. In the event of cancellation, the provisions in the reservation terms and conditions apply. If our operating procedures or the law change, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of your booking will always apply to your reservation.
